Statement
We are pleased to announce that Kenyen R. Brown has been selected as Acting Chief Counsel-Staff Director for the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, effective August 2, 2008. We look forward to working with Mr. Brown to continue the important work of the Committee in the 110th Congress. Mr. Brown has been serving as the Deputy Chief Counsel, Director of Advice and Education for the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct since May of this year. Prior to his joining the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct Mr. Brown served as Senior Counsel, Director of Education and Training/Counsel for the United States, Select Committee on Ethics, for over nine years. Mr. Brown has also previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney and Deputy District Attorney in the State of Alabama. Press Release
