On February 10, 2020, the Committee received a referral from the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) regarding Delegate Michael F.Q. San Nicolas. Pursuant to House Rule XI, clause 3(b)(8)(B)(iii) and Committee Rule 17A(f)(2), the Committee is making public OCE’s Report in the matter referred to the Committee on February 10, 2020. The Committee notes that the mere fact of an investigation into these allegations does not itself indicate that any violation has occurred. No other public comment will be made on this matter except in accordance with Committee rules.
