What it does

Authorizes members of the Ready Reserve with 50 or more creditable service points to use military commissary stores during that calendar year on the same basis as members on active duty. Removes a limitation (24 days per year) on store use by new Ready Reserve members. Allows dependents of such members to use such stores on an equal basis.
